What is Manna?

Manna is a program that sells prepaid gift cards of gift certificates that may be used for everyday purchases or gifts.  Many of your favorite stores and restaurants participate.  We purchase in bulk at a discount and pass 75% of the discount in the form of credit back to your family.  This can be used for credits towards St. John’s Church General Fund, Debt Reduction, Comfort Dog Eve Ministry, UKANDU, your child’s tuition, class trips, and St. John’s School.  You may also give your credits to another family.  The choice is yours and the credit really adds up.  The more you use the program, the more you can save on tuition or give towards an area of ministry here at St. John’s.

Who should use Manna?
Every family at St. John’s!  Your relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers can also order to help earn credits.

How do I get Manna? Manna is available all year.

• Order by completing a Manna order form or be going online to www.shopwithscrip.com
• All checks should be made out to St. John’s Manna.  Payment must accompany your order.
• Turn in your order at the school office or with the church secretary.
• Orders placed by Sunday will be filled on Thursday of that week.
• Orders are held at the school office, at the Manna counter on Sundays, or can be sent home with your student on Thursday.
• Quick Manna offers some of the most popular items and is a pay and take with you option.  (only cash or check is accepted).  The variety and quantities are limited, so to avoid disappointment you can pre-order.  Quick Manna is sold on Friday mornings in our school multi-purpose room from 7:45 – 8:30 a.m.  The schedule may change occasionally due to holidays or vacation times. Year round Quick Manna is sold at church on Sunday mornings from 9:00 – 9:15 and 10:20 – 10:45 at the Manna counter by the church office. Due to Covid orders are only being received via the [email protected] email or by completing an order online.

Check Acceptance Agreement: Checks returned for any reason (NSF, Account Closed, ETC) are subject to a returned check fee of $30.00 plus the amount of the check.
